Miss Knarr's Class learned about light and shadows this week so we ended our day by tracing our shadows outside then enjoying our snack in the shade.
Ask your kiddo the difference between opaque, translucent, and transparent! Also ask them if their shadows will be longer at sunset than they were when we did this… throw in some questions about natural and artificial light sources. They are SMART COOKIES! 🥰

Wildcats Baseball opens today at Deer Lick Park vs Conway. Varsity game will start at 5:00 pm with JV to follow.
HS Volleyball will play in the Owensville Quad tomorrow at Owensville High School. Lady Wildcats will play at 10:15 am vs North County, 12:45 pm vs Cuba, and 3:15 pm vs Owensville.

It was an exciting day at the secondary campus as our students began Advisory time!🌟🌟 Students were paired with teachers who have similar interests and will be completing Habitudes, The Art of Connecting With Others, curriculum. In addition, advisory groups will begin the process of planning their Community Service Projects to be completed in the Spring 2025. Advisory time will occur each Wednesday throughout the school year. We are so excited to see what wonderful ideas all of our valued teachers and students come up with and the positive connections we will be building within our community! 🟠⚫️
