⭐Four students attended the Missouri FFA Leadership Camp, and all four students recieved their State Leadership Pin. This pin is recieved by attending 13 leadership sessions/ instructional waterfront/ competitions while they are at camp. The camp is a fun place to meet others from the state, learn archery, swim in the lake, learn to disc, water ski, and canoe. 🖊JD Fox was camp secretary. 🎤Autumn Johnson placed 2nd in Impromptu Speaking and 3rd in Extemporaneous Speaking. 🛶Howard Broadaway placed 1st in the 2-person canoe race and swamp canoe. ❗ Attention Families: Many families have already received P-EBT cards from the Missouri Department of Social Services for their children who were enrolled in the Licking R-8 School District during the 2021-2022 school year. Families did not have to apply for these P-EBT benefits. If your child/family already has an EBT benefit card, you may have already received the funds on the card. The cards are being mailed out through the state at different times, so you may not have received one for your child(ren) yet. ❗Please do not throw away your cards. They may have a few hundred dollars of available funds loaded on them to help your household with groceries.❗ They will come in an envelope addressed to your child(ren) from the Missouri Department of Social Services. Please call the Missouri Department of Social Services at 855-373-4636 if you have any questions about your child(ren)'s P-EBT benefits. These cards are not coming from the Licking R-8 School District and we are unable to access any information regarding specific questions about when your child(ren)'s card may arrive, etc.
