The junior cheerleader performance has been postponed to Monday, February 3 at approximately 4:30 p.m. at the halftime of the home high school girls' junior varsity game against St. James in the high school gym. The game starts at 4:00 p.m.
Due to increasing numbers of students and staff absent due to illness resulting in low attendance and staffing shortages, Licking R-8 School District will be closed Thursday, January 30 and Friday, January 31. Efforts are underway to deep clean and sanitize buildings in preparation for students to return to school on Monday, February 3.
Wildcat Basketball traveled all the way to the border tonight for a matchup against the Thayer Bobcats. In an incredibly physical and hard-fought matchup the JV ultimately falls 43-49 in the first matchup of the night. Way to fight hard gentlemen.

2025 LHS Homecoming game is Friday January 24th vs Richland. The JV game starts at 6PM, gates open at 5PM. There will be a silent auction for Pies, Cakes and Gift Baskets. The Coronation will take place between the JV and Varsity games. Come out and support your Wildcats.
