8th grade Wildcats traveled to
Houston tonight to take on the Thayer Bobcats in the Houston Tournament. They drop a heartbreaker 34-42 but battled hard the entire night and played good ball. Way to battle Cats!

Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Clonts took their Pre-K classes to Town and Country today to purchase Thanksgiving meals for 12 families from around the community! This was funded through the generous donations of the pre-school families and others around the community, which raised a little over $600! I've heard the goal next year is an even $1000! Way to go Pre-K!!

🎶The LHS Music Department hosted their Fall Concert recently. Thank you to our students for their excellent performances, as well as to Ms. Crystal Frailey, Interim Band Director, and Mrs. Kerri Chafin, LHS Choir Director, for your hard work and for setting high expectations for our musicians. Our 7th Grade team played hard until the very end but fell just short to Houston by 1 point and the 8th Grade Wildcats came up short against Liberty.

🏀In tonight's action at the Houston 7th grade Tournament, your Licking Wildcats put up a good fight but fell short to the Mtn View Eagles.

What a privilege it is to run at the State Championship Cross Country meet. It is a group of the best runners in the state and Tyrone is a part of that. Ty ran his fastest race of the year with a new personal record of 18:36 and finished 113 of 170 athletes. He raced his heart out and even though he didn't win, he still won because he made it to the top! Ty finishes the Cross Country season All Conference and All District. Way to go, Ty, and congratulations!!!
