This trip was made possible by the Missouri Department of Conservation’s Discover Nature Schools Nature Unhooked Grant. Students went fishing, hiked the Bray Loop trail, learned about Missouri mammals and did some water testing.

The 5th grade students walked to the VFW to attend a Flag Retirement ceremony. Mr. Krewson taught them about proper flag disposal and how to honor the flag in doing so.

Mr. Barry visited with students about his role as a principal and how he benefits the community by helping to educate its future.
