The Licking History Club Hit the Road for an Amazing Educational Trip!
The Licking History Club recently traveled south for an unforgettable trip filled with history, learning, and great memories. Our group visited Shiloh National Military Park, Corinth, the Corinth Contraband Camp, and the Elvis Presley Birthplace in Tupelo. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience these important places firsthand and learn more outside the classroom.
From walking the grounds at Shiloh to reflecting on the powerful history of the Contraband Camp, and then finishing with a visit to the birthplace of Elvis Presley, this trip gave our club the chance to connect with history in a meaningful and memorable way.

We appreciate Mr. Coffey for sponsoring the History Club and making these opportunities come to life for our students.

Licking Elementary is seeking applications for both Elementary School Nurse, as well as Elementary Physical Education teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Our Midde Level FBLA girls did AWESOME! 🧡🖤 Malaina Lonning had a fantastic showing, earning 8th place in Exploring Technology and 9th place in Exploring Digital Citizenship! Tasha Ogden and Sofie Hutsell teamed up to earn 9th place in Exploring Digital Video Production—great work! And a huge shoutout to Sofie Hutsell, who also earned 5th place in Exploring Personal Finance… just ONE spot away from Nationals in San Antonio! 🤯👏 We are so proud of all your hard work, dedication, and representation of our school. ⚾️Our JH Boys Baseball A & B teams kicked off their season opener tonight against Mtn. Grove. Both teams played hard, showed great effort, and never backed down, but came up just short in the end. This is just the beginning of the season, and there’s a lot of baseball ahead! ⚾️💪 #wildcatpride
