HAPPY BOSS’S DAY TO MRS. TELENA HANELINE! 🧡🖤 Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate our amazing superintendent at Licking Schools, Mrs. Telena Haneline! Words will never fully express how blessed we are to have her leading our school district. Her love for our kids, our schools, our staff, and our community goes far beyond what words can say. She is so much more than a boss — she is a leader with a heart for people, a true advocate for our kids, and a blessing to everyone around her. Especially during difficult times, she continues to show up with strength, compassion, and dedication. No matter the circumstances, she always puts kids first, and that speaks volumes about the kind of leader she is. Her love for Licking Schools and our community shines through in all that she does. We are EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY BLESSED to have her in our corner and leading us through both the good times and the hard times. We are so thankful to work for someone who cares so deeply about our school family and the future of our kids. Mrs. Haneline, thank you for your leadership, your heart, your unwavering dedication, and everything you do for Licking Schools. We hope you know how appreciated you are, not just today, but every single day! Happy Boss’s Day to a truly amazing boss and an even more amazing person! We are so thankful you are ours! 🧡🖤

🔬🧪 Science in Action! Mrs. Keaton’s 8th-grade Science class got hands-on today with a Molecule Construction Challenge! Students used Play-Doh to represent atoms and explored how atoms combine to form molecules. One of our Wildcats took the challenge a step further by using the chemical formula for glucose to build its molecular structure! 🧬 What a great example of curiosity, critical thinking, and going beyond the challenge! We love seeing our students push boundaries, think creatively, and bring science to life! 🐾

🧡🐾Wildcat Cross Country traveled to Dixon tonight where our runners would compete on a hilly course. They all ran their hearts tonight. Paislee Kinder medaled at 14th place in the Junior High Girls race. Our home meet last Thursday was also a success! It's always a large, competitive meet and Thursday was no different. Our elementary race was a hit with nearly 40 kids from Licking and other schools. A successful cross country program doesn’t happen overnight.
