⚾️ MSHSAA Baseball Class 3 3rd Place Game ⚾️ 🥉 Your Licking Wildcats bring home 3rd Place in the State Championships with a 6-1 victory over Scott City! 🥉 What a tremendous season for these young men! After a tough loss in the semifinals, they showed their resilience, determination, qand character by bouncing back and finishing the season with a big win. We couldn't be more proud of this team, their coaches, and everything they accomplished this spring. The memories made and the success achieved will be remembered for years to come. Now it's time for some well-earned summer break, relaxation, and much-needed rest! A huge THANK YOU to the patrons of Licking, our families, friends, businesses, the City of Licking, the Fire Department, and the Police Department for your incredible support throughout the 2026 season. ⚾️ STATE SEMIFINALS UPDATE ⚾️ The Licking Wildcats battled hard in the State Semifinals but came up short against Blair Oaks. While tonight's result wasn't what we hoped for, we couldn't be more proud of the heart, effort, and determination these young men showed on the field. The season isn't over yet! The Wildcats will be back in action tomorrow as they take on Scott City in the 3rd Place Game. 📅 Thursday, June 4 ⏰ 4:00 PM Let's fill the stands and show our Wildcats how proud we are of everything they've accomplished this season. ⚾️⚾️Licking Wildcat Baseball takes on the Forsyth Panthers in sectional play and comes away with a hard-fought 3–1 victory through rainy conditions and an hour rain delay! The Wildcats battled tough from start to finish and earned the sectional win! Up next, your Wildcats will take on the Fair Grove Eagles on Thursday, May 28. Location and game time are still TBA.
