Wildcat Cross Country runners who earned All-Conference at the Frisco League Cross Country Meet: Varsity Girls: Karissa Malikowski: 7th Place Seyrena Carter: 9th Place Varsity Boys: Levi Stout: 3rd Place Caleb Barker: 4th Place Ethan Stout: 8th Place Logan Lane: 9th Place Titus Scavone: 10th Place The Junior High Boys won the Conference Meet as a team. ☀On Wednesday, October 11, Mr. Holmes' Physics and Chemistry students (17 students total) traveled to Rolla for an eventful day touring the S&T campus, visiting the 15-acre "solar farm" operated by Rolla Municipal Utilites, and finally touring Missouri-Science Corporation in the Rolla Industrial Park. 🟠The Licking R-8 School District is in need of substitute teachers. We pay $100/day if you have a substitute certificate and $140/day if you have a valid Missouri teaching certificate. ⚫To apply with Licking R-8 as a substitute, applicants must complete a substitute teaching application and be fingerprinted for a background check. Questions about fingerprinting or the application process can be directed to the superintendent's office by calling (573-674-2911) or stopping by the office (135 College Avenue) between 8:00 am-3:00 pm. 🟠A substitute certificate can be granted if you have 36 college hours OR if you complete a 20-hour training course. The 20-hour course can be completed online (https://dese.mo.gov/educator-quality/certification/substitute-teachers). Thank you!
