Mr. Brian Barry-Licking Elementary Principal for 2023-2024 Upon completion of candidate interviews Wednesday night, the Licking R-VIII School Board selected Mr. Brian Barry to serve as Licking Elementary Principal for the 2023-2024 school year. Mr. Barry has earned his bachelor's degree in elementary education from SBU and a master's degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State. He is currently seeking a specialist’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Serving as a teacher, Mr. Barry has experience teaching 4th and 5th grades in Cabool, Willow Springs, and Rolla. Mr. Barry's administrative experience includes serving as a K-12 assistant principal and curriculum director in Cabool as well as assistant junior high principal in Rolla. Mr. Barry and his family make their home in Licking and his children attend school at Licking Elementary and Licking Junior High. We are pleased to welcome Mr. Brian Barry to our district and look forward to his service as Licking Elementary Principal.
