Upcoming Pre-K and Kindergarten Parents 📣 We will be conducting extra Pre-K and Kindergarten screening days May 21st and 22nd here at the elementary school! If you didn't get to come see us in March be sure to sign up for this one! Please do not forget to bring your child with you to screening! We hope to see you there!

✨️Students in Mrs. Macon's Biology class are working hard preparing for their upcoming state End-of-Course assessment by completing an Escape Room that is completely done without the use of technology. Students will "escape" by completing several tasks of interpreting diagrams and finally taking an individual quiz. #wechooselearning

⚾️ Wildcat JV Baseball gets it done! The Wildcats come away with a solid 9-3 win over the Alton Comets. Great effort all around and a strong team performance! #WildcatPride

⚾️ Junior High boys took on Ava tonight. The A Team showed great heart and came away with a 3–2 win 💪🔥 The B Team competed hard but came up short, falling 1–4. #wildcatpride

🎉📚 Wrapping Up Academic Week! 📚🎉 We ended Academic Week on a high note with a fun and well-earned Friday celebration! Our Advanced/Proficient Grade-Level/EOC students from the 24-25 school year enjoyed a field trip to Elephant Rocks & Arcadia Academy 🚌🌄 Students explored the beautiful scenery, spent time together, and celebrated their hard work and academic achievements throughout the year. To make the day even sweeter, each student was treated to an ice cream at Arcadia Academy 🍦 This week also highlights how important our state testing is. It gives students the opportunity to shine and truly show what they have learned throughout the year. We are proud of the effort, growth, and determination our students demonstrate during this time. #wechooselearning

🎉📚 Academic Week Celebration Continues! 📚🎉 On Wednesday, we had the chance to celebrate an amazing group of students who demonstrated outstanding commitment by achieving 95% attendance or higher! 👏 To recognize their dedication, these students were treated to a hot dog BBQ 🌭—a small way to say thank you for showing up, staying engaged, and making their education a priority each day. A big thank you to our chefs, Officer Bobby and Dr. Rinne, for cooking and helping make this celebration so special! 👨‍🍳👏 On Thursday, we continued the celebration by treating all students to snow cones 🍧 and recognizing everyone’s academic success. It was a great way to celebrate the hard work happening across our entire student body! We are so proud of our students’ dedication and effort.
