We were contacted by KY3 about our Penny War and they will be joining us next Friday at 1:30 when we celebrate our achievement and Mr. Barry does all of his punishments! Look for him with Bubblegum Pink hair and "Achieving Grapeness" Beard, stranded on the roof of the school, pied in the face, and taking a nice ice cold bath! Who knows what else he may have to do!

With THREE days left to go, the Elementary has made their third goal of over 5,000 dollars in the Penny War! This means Mr. Barry will be taking pies to the face, getting stranded on the roof of the school, AND getting his hair/beard dyed as well as a cold plunge! There's still time left to see who the top three classes will be and just how far we can go! Thank you all so much for choosing to be a part of this amazing effort for those in need!

🍁🌿🍂 Science Club News:
Mr. Holmes shares, "We had 11 students for the Montauk State Park hike on Friday, October 25.
We went to breakfast together first (always a good way to start!), then toured Montauk Mill, then did a 4-mile hike, ending in the Halloween decorated park campground. The day was really nice for the hike, and the woods were beautiful.
LHS Science Club has been very fortunate to have had a good, long run of safe and great adventures for our students."
Thank you, Mr. Holmes!
