Mrs. Taylor's kindergarten students enjoyed a fun morning celebrating a year of learning with their high school helpers from Mrs. Hart's class. They had popsicles and enjoyed playing with inside recess activities! Huge thank you to Mrs. Hart and her child department class for being part of our learning and kindergarten experience this school year!

Mrs. Hart says, "FCCLA and STUCO had a blast monkeying around at the St. Louis Zoo today!"

Athletic Banquet dinner begins at 6:30 pm tonight at Sherman Hill Field house. Teams will begin their award ceremony at 7:00 pm.

Mrs. Hart says, "The 2023 Seniors had a great day on their trip to Sky Zone and Dave and Busters in St. Louis!"

On Monday, April 24th, Licking students from grades 5 – 12 competed in the Frisco League Math Competition. We were able to field a team for each of the 10 areas that are tested at this event. The top 10 in each area are given ribbons with the top 3 earning medals. Many ribbons and medals were won by Licking students that evening. Congratulations to our Senior Golfers Ayden Wald, Nicky Hood, and John Tyree.

Golf Team hosted their Senior Night. Kolten Sullins scored a 44, Roston Stockard scored a 49, Nicky Hood scored a 51, Ayden Wald scored a 53. Golf Team scored their season best score of 197.

JV Baseball Team defeats Cabool by a score of 13-0. JV Team improves to 9-5 on the season.

Baseball Team defeats Cabool by a score of 25-3. Wildcats improve to 18-5 on the season and 7-1 in conference play.

Senior week is HERE! We have many activities scheduled for our seniors this year. There are fun events for them as well as opportunities for family and friends to enjoy alongside them. Join us this next week in celebrating the Class of 2023! 🎉

Mrs. Joann Cooper says, "Timothy Norris is awarded 3rd Place and $25 for his Fleet Reserve Association Essay Contest. Ethan Domenech and Sadie Hutsell were also recognized for their participation in the Fleet Reserve Association Essay Contest."

Prom '23 was a joyous success for LHS. Students enjoyed some good food and a wonderful atmosphere. A big thank you to the junior officers for all their work and Ms.Tillery for organizing the event.
