Pool A games will be played on Thursday. Final games will be played on Saturday.

Mr. Coffey says, “Today the 7th Graders learned about pollution and how hard it is for large industries to not pollute even small amounts. While environmental regulations are tough to enforce and hard for companies to complete.
Their task was to mine chocolate chips out of the cookie while keeping their cookie pieces from getting outside the circle and polluting. Upon completion, they were to return the cookie to its original form as best they could (i.e. returning the land to pre-mining condition)”.



Mrs. Hebblethwaite says, "Kindergarten read The Lorax today and decided we cared an awful lot. With gloved hands, we picked up trash on the playground. Happy Earth Day!"




Mrs. Green says, “Big SHOUT OUT to Mrs. Leah Sullins' 6th Hour Mixed Media class!!!!! They created a beautiful and fresh bulletin board to encourage everyone testing in the computer lab over the next month for both MAP and EOC testing. Licking R-VIII School District Request for Quotes for Flooring

This Request for Quote is issued by the Licking R-VIII School District to obtain quotes for flooring for a new modular classroom. The successful Contractor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by the Office of the Superintendent. All work shall be completed within 30 days of the start date indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
All Contractors shall be properly licensed.
Construction projects less than $75,000 do not require prevailing wage.


Our junior high and high school track teams are competing today in the Frisco League meet at Waynesville.





Licking R-VIII has two classroom trailers available for surplus bids. Sealed bids will be accepted until May 7 at 12 PM at the Office of the Superintendent. Classroom trailers will be sold in their current condition with no warranties or guarantees. Classroom trailers must be removed by the purchaser between June 7 & June 18, 2021. Questions?
