TCMH will be offering $5 physicals for our athletes on Tuesday, May 3. This is a great opportunity for our students, and the school will provide bus transportation throughout the morning for students to receive their physicals. Physicals are needed for all students in grades 7-12 participating in school-sponsored athletics. There are two documents that are required each year for students. Please read the notes below for more information. * Physicals are good for two years with the appropriate MSHSAA form. There is a list of students who do NOT need a physical for 2022-23 outside of both the high school and athletic offices. Students are strongly encouraged to look at these lists to determine if a physical is necessary. * All students MUST complete a Pre-Participation form even if they do not have to have a physical for next school year. Those can be found in the athletic office or at the following link: https://www.licking.k12.mo.us/browse/196178. * You may also use your own medical provider for physicals. However, physicals must be completed on the official MSHSAA document. That can also be found at https://www.licking.k12.mo.us/browse/196178. * Students will need to have their physical form signed by a parent or guardian as well as their $5 in order to have their physicals that day. * This opportunity is for all current 6-11 graders who will be in 7-12 grades next year. * A valid physical AND a new Pre-Participation Form are required in order to participate in any sport next school year.
