The LHS Scholar Bowl Team traveled to Sullivan yesterday afternoon for competition. Our Team scored a total of 735 points and placed 3rd in their pool of teams. Our Scholars competed with Union, Webster Grove, Sullivan, and Herman. Thank you to Mrs. Beckett for leading the Scholar Bowl Team. Power Cats Recognition Night will be tomorrow night during the Wildcats game vs Summersville. Players are to wear their Power Cat jerseys. Players and coaches will be recognized during halftime of the JV game tomorrow night. JV Tip Off is at 6:00 pm.

Today Licking Elementary students conducted safety practice drills as part of our continuing efforts to ensure the safety of your children at school. 👏👏Today's theme for Kindness Week was "THANK YOU COMMUNITY PARTNERS." Mrs. Loughridge had the privilege of accompanying the junior high 8th grade class officers in spreading a big "Thank You" message to many of our supporting businesses and individuals. We couldn't be more proud of our young leaders in personally thanking our wonderful community for all of their support to our school! We appreciate each and every one who is a part of our wonderful town if we didn't get to you personally today! A very special thank you goes out to Mrs. Leah Sullins and her Art Club students for making some of the cards that were handed out!

As part of kindness week, NHS members welcomed elementary kids to school this morning with happy colors and kind words!

Tonight is Orange Crush Night sponsored by Town and Country Bank in Licking during the Wildcats vs Plato Game. All students in Grades 7-12 wearing an Orange Crush shirt will receive free admission.

Wildcats will play Plato tonight at home. There will NOT be a JV Game tonight. Senior Night will be held at 6:00 pm before the Varsity Game Tip Off. Elementary Cheer will conduct their routine at halftime of the Varsity Game.

Lady Wildcats defeat Dixon 55-21 on the road to win the Frisco League Conference Championship for the 3rd straight year and 9th Championship in the last 12 years.

Student council students made available volunteer opportunities and information on how we can change the world with kindness!

For kindness week, the theme today was "Be the Change" and "Change the World With Kindness." Our community outreach project had several students around town sharing flowers, notes, and smiles today.

Lady Wildcats travel to Dixon tonight for a Varsity only game. Tip Off is at 5:00 pm.

Recently, FBLA Members attended District 14 Conference at Hartville.  After a day of events, time keeping, workshops, and performances, they attended the Awards Ceremony.  20 total medals were earned from online testing and performances!  Each year presents its challenges, but we have some pretty awesome tech kids who are intelligent, resilient, and committed!
