🟠Check out our newly refurbished High School Gym Floor!
⚫️On Tuesday evening our Senior Volleyball Players and Members from our Board of Education celebrated the first home game played on our newly refurbished gym floor with a ribbon cutting.
🟠We thank the Board for their focus on being fiscally responsible in order for our district facilities to be well-maintained. Our maintenance team has worked very hard to keep our high school gym floor in good playing condition for over 20 years. The company that refurbished the floor for us commented on the remarkably good condition the floor was in for its age. The floor you see here is original wood from when the gym was constructed in 1968. Refurbishing consisted of careful sanding, sealing, custom paining, and finish sealing.
⚫️Our new floor design showcases our Wildcat Pride with a large Powercat in the floor's center. Lady Wildcats is emblazoned in orange with a black background on the north side of the court and Wildcats on the south side. Gray stain accents the areas inside the three point line.
🟠Special thanks to Farmgirl Floral for donating the beautiful orange and black ribbon for the ceremony.
